Which file do we receive after kiosk lead capture?

Recorded information is delivered as Excel or CSV after the event. File fields follow the journey agreed with you.

Does lead capture trigger automatic follow-up?

No. Follow-up automation, CRM connections and other automated workflows are not included in the service.

Which kiosk format suits lead capture?

For short individual data entry, a 21 to 32-inch KIOSK is enough. The 43-inch suits lead capture combined with a presentation or game. Place the kiosk near your team to continue the conversation.

What information should we ask visitors for?

Ask only for what your follow-up needs. In Morocco, Law 09-08 governs personal data processing; your company defines the purpose and retention period, and TouchTech integrates the information text and consent wording you have approved into the journey.
