Your enquiry and your data.

The TouchTech team uses the information you send to understand your project, prepare a response and contact you by your preferred channel. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

What the forms ask for

The direct form requires your name, email, phone number, message and agreement to use these details for your enquiry. The catalog form requires your name, email, phone number and agreement; company details are optional. You can also contact us directly by email.

The optional guided questionnaire asks for your company and project details such as location, dates, equipment and applications. Budget and additional comments remain optional.

How your enquiry reaches us

Your enquiry is sent to our team by email through Web3Forms, with its context, a reference and the date of your agreement. This website has no enquiry database. The correspondence is handled in the team’s mailbox.

Web3Forms states that its processing servers are in the United States and that technical logs may contain personal data and are deleted periodically, approximately every two months. This is separate from the correspondence in our mailbox. See the Web3Forms privacy information.

After sending, a confirmation email with your enquiry reference is sent to you through Resend, our email delivery service. Emails written to bonjour@touchtech.ma also pass through Resend before reaching the team’s mailbox. See the Resend privacy policy.

What stays in this browser tab

During the guided questionnaire, project choices may be kept in this tab so you can return to them. Contact details, messages and budget are excluded from this draft. It is removed after a successful detailed enquiry.

If you arrive through a campaign link, its source, medium and campaign labels, together with the entry page, may be kept in this tab and included with your enquiry for up to 30 minutes. An expired entry is cleared when this page can run its expiry check, or when the tab closes. This helps us identify which content brings enquiries. The full entry URL and other URL parameters are not stored for this purpose. This does not install an external analytics service.

Access, correction and deletion

To ask about your data, access, correct or delete it, or obtain details about the retention of correspondence and the publisher, write to bonjour@touchtech.ma.
