Are contacts synchronized with our CRM?
The service provides a file after the event. CRM integration or real-time reporting is a separate requirement to assess and is not part of the service.
How is visitor consent captured on the form?
The lead form shows the information text and consent request your company has approved on screen. In Morocco, Law 09-08 governs this processing; your company defines the purpose and retention period of the data.
Prepare data collectionWhat does the file delivered after the event contain?
The Excel or CSV file follows the form fields agreed with you: contact details, interests, requests or stated preferences. The exact handover contents are set before the event.
