TouchQueue: queue-management kiosk

A queue-management kiosk lets visitors select a service and register their request. TouchTech assesses the configuration with your team in Morocco. The journey, peripherals and any connections are defined around how your event operates.

The visitor journey

How it works.

  1. At a congress registration area, a participant selects her desk on a touchscreen totem.
    01

    Visitors select a service.

  2. Close-up: the totem issues a queue number and shows the desk.
    02

    The kiosk registers their request.

  3. At the exhibitors’ desk, a host hands the participant her badge.
    03

    They follow the queue instructions.

Your practical questions.

From 2,000 MAD excl. VAT per day for each kiosk or totem, depending on model and setup.

Is ticket printing included?

Peripherals are selected and quoted for the project. Ticket printing should not be assumed to be included in the service-selection application alone.

Can the kiosk connect to our registration system?

Compatibility must be assessed using details of your system and intended process. Share the available technical information so we can evaluate the connection before making a commitment.

Does a queue kiosk suit a temporary event?

Yes. Queue management can be prepared for a trade show, a congress or an installation lasting several weeks; the configuration is assessed for your event.

How are visitors called to a desk?

The visitor-calling method is agreed with your team while assessing the project. A calling screen is quoted separately.
