Can the winning probabilities be configured?
Yes. Wheel prizes and probabilities are configured for your campaign.
What do we receive after the prize-wheel activation?
Where the journey includes data capture, recorded information is delivered after the event in Excel or CSV. The file contents are agreed with you before the event.
Can the prize wheel carry our brand identity?
Yes. The prize wheel uses your logo, colors and welcome screen. Physical branding of the kiosk itself is available on quote.
Do visitors have to fill in a form before spinning the wheel?
No, the form is optional. The prize wheel can be played straight away or after a short form, in the languages agreed with you. If you collect contact details, the information text and consent request you have approved appear before the spin.

Your team. The prize wheel shows the result on screen; prizes, stock and hand-out at the stand are organized by your company, which also sets the participation rules. TouchTech configures the game according to those rules.
